Earn recurring commission by referring Halloform to your network.

Overview#

The affiliate program lets you earn recurring income by referring new customers to Halloform. When someone signs up through your link and upgrades to a paid plan, you earn 70% of what they pay — recurring for up to 24 months per customer. The people you refer also start with an extended Pro trial.

Open Refer & earn from the sidebar (or visit the Affiliate page). Accept the program terms, and you'll get a unique referral link straight away.

You can customize the code to a word of your choice — until your first referral, after which it locks so links you've already shared keep working.
Share the link anywhere your audience is: your site, newsletter, social, or a review.

Attribution is first-touch: the first affiliate link a visitor clicks gets credit for that signup, and it can't be reassigned later.

How it works#

A visitor clicks your referral link — the referral is remembered for 90 days.
They create a Halloform account. This is recorded as your referral, and their new workspace gets an extended Pro trial.
When they upgrade to a paid plan, you start earning commission on each payment.

Commission & rewards#

70% recurring commission on every payment a referred customer makes.
Paid for up to 24 months per customer.
Commission is only earned on payments that are actually collected — if a payment is refunded, that commission is reversed.
Your referrals get an extended 30-day Pro trial when they sign up.

Payouts#

Each commission clears after a 30-day holding period, which covers refunds.
Cleared commissions are paid out monthly, once your balance is above the $20 minimum.
Set your payout email on the Refer & earn page so we know where to send it.

Your dashboard shows Upcoming (accrued, not yet paid) and Paid totals, plus a full commission history.

Program rules#

To keep the program fair, promoting your affiliate link through Google Ads is not allowed — including bidding on the Halloform brand name. Accounts that advertise their link on Google Ads may be closed and commissions withheld.

Only genuine new users count as referrals. Self-referrals and abuse of the trial perk aren't eligible for commission.

FAQ#

Can I change my referral link? Yes — until your first referral. After that it's locked so shared links keep working.

Are my referrals' details private? Yes. Your dashboard shows referred users as masked emails, never their full details.

How is my rank shown on the leaderboard? The leaderboard uses anonymised handles, so no one — including you — is personally identifiable.
