Picture choice field
Image-based picker — respondents tap an image instead of reading a label.
What it does#
The Picture choice field renders options as image tiles instead of text rows. The respondent taps an image; the submission stores the option label. Allow-multiple turns it into a multi-select.
Settings#
- Required — must pick at least one to submit.
- Options — each option has a label and a square image (URL or upload).
- Allow multiple — flip from single-select to multi-select.
Example#
On a product picker, Picture choice beats Dropdown every time. Five product photos with names beneath read faster than a list of SKUs and convert better on mobile.
Related fields#
- Multiple choice — when text is enough.
- Dropdown — when the list is too long for tiles.
