/Yes / No field

Yes / No field

A single true/false answer — consent, opt-ins, and simple gates.

What it does#

The Yes / No field captures a single boolean answer. Use it for consent checkboxes, opt-ins, and yes/no gates that drive conditional logic or page jumps.

Settings#

  • Required — must be answered before the form advances.
  • Label — phrase it as a clear yes/no question.

Example#

On a checkout form, a required Yes / No "I agree to the terms" is cleaner than a paragraph plus a separate checkbox — and you can branch on it in the Logic tab.

  • Single select — when there are more than two options.
  • Signature — when you need a captured mark, not just a tick.
