Slack

Post every form submission to a Slack channel.

How it works#

Slack is a credential-based connector: you paste a Slack Incoming Webhook URL — no OAuth app to register, no admin approval. The moment it's connected, new submissions post to the channel you chose.

Connect Slack#

  1. In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the target channel (Slack apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add to a channel) and copy the webhook URL.
  2. In Halloform, open your form's Integrations and choose Slack.
  3. Paste the webhook URL and connect. We validate it right away, so a wrong URL fails on the spot.

What gets sent#

Each completed submission posts one message to the channel with the form's answers, so your team sees responses arrive in real time.
