Create or update a HubSpot contact from each submission.

How it works#

HubSpot is a credential-based connector using a Private App token. On each completed submission Halloform creates (or updates) a contact, auto-mapping the email, name, phone, and company it finds in the answers.

Connect HubSpot#

  1. In HubSpot go to Settings → Integrations → Private Apps and create a private app.
  2. Give it the crm.objects.contacts read and write scopes, then copy the access token.
  3. In Halloform, open your form's Integrations, choose HubSpot, paste the token, and connect — the credential is validated immediately.
Make sure your form has an email question — HubSpot needs an email to create a contact.
